Brand Registry Approved but still cant access A+ Content or Create Store
My Brand Registry has been approved for some time, but I cannot access A+ Content or create a store. When I go to create store it says "Your brand may not be registered or you may need to have the correct selling roles assigned. Please contact Brand Registry to help resolve this issue." I cant find where to contact brand registry to resolve this issue. I have been told that the Brand registry is probably not linked to my seller account, but cant find info on that either.

Have you opened up a case with Seller Support on this issue yet? You can do so by following the above link and describing your issue.
In the meantime, I am going to look into a few things on my end as well. Do you have any screen shots of what you are seeing on your end, by chance? That may help the community as well as Seller Support get a better idea of what is taking place.
