Amazon employe are stealing products that send to the warehouse!!
Hi, I'm the new seller on Amazon Canada and I send my first shipment to Amazon warehouse in Canada on May 09, 2023 that content 5 SKU with 35 units in total. I did a mistake because there are 1 SKU (10 units) of 1 products that doesn't need to label by me, that is what the system said to me and I took the picture of my Laptop screen as a evidence. I send this parcel to Amazon through UPS, 2 weeks later they receive it and confirm that they receive all the units that I sent. But 2 days later they change the status, they said they receive only 25 units (4SKU) only and there are 10 units that are receiving. I have been waiting over a month, until the shipment was close, then they said they didn't receive it at all. I try to ask them to investigate but they don't allow me to do that. They keep saying the "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" but I lost all the 10 units. And they even don't let me send them the evidence. I can even prove by showing them the weight of my package, without that 10 units, it can be that heavy. So they are stealing my products, what should I do now? Please give me some advice! Thank you!

Hello @Seller_Ih7F1JmFj7sGK. That sounds like a frustrating experience and I would like to take a further look. Can you please share the Case ID for that issue?
It would also help if you could provide some more information about that shipment. It looks like you are saying you shipped 35 items but 10 were not labeled, and only 25 were checked in?
