2 SKUs for the same ASIN
Hi there. I'm having an issue where I want to change my current SKUs to the same format for easier synchronization. The solution I've been given is to create a new listing, but I don't want to lose any customer feedback from my old products. I've reached out to Amazon support, and they explained that feedback is mapped to ASINs, not SKUs. I tried creating a new listing with the old ASIN, but it didn't work. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks.

What -- specifically -- does not work?
Support is correct in that you cannot change an SKU -- you have to delete old one and recreate new listing.
Product review will stay with that detail page no matter what you do with your SKU.

Thanks for taking the time to share this issue to forums, @Seller_2d9F4R2tLnrdK! I wanted to inquire if you are still experiencing this issue? The guidance that deleting and creating a new listing with the new SKU will be your best path forward is correct, as it should not impact any product review data.
When you attempted to create the new listing had the old one been deleted yet? I'm wondering if that could be the issue. Doing this via the Inventory Loader may also be of interest. I am linking some details on how to do that here.
Let me know if this helps or if I can help answer any further questions on the topic!
Best,
Danny
