Weve had an FBA order pending for 7 days, amazon has plenty of stock in our items but hasnt shipped it to the customer. Is there anything we should do as a seller?

the customer has other orders or they havent fully paid..

This is normal for a customer who does not pay for prime but has ordered other items to meet the minimum for free shipping. Amazon waits until all items are together and bundles the shipping.
Or, their credit card hasn't been accepted.

YES -- relax.
Here is a hint --
While the others are correct, you are paying AMAZON a ridiculous amount of fees to take care of EVERYTHING for you when you use FBA.
If you want to stress over things, save the money and do FBM like those of us who don't trust Amazon to pack and ship our items the way we prefer.
You'll have the same (or more) stress but more cash which is the name of MY game.
