To sell any brand you need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
I don't understand what you mean with this. If the brand owner is a US company and you want to sell this brand but produced in another country, on your place I would ALSO ask a "Letter of Authorization" from the US brand owner.

Something intended for marketing in another country may not be okay to market in the U.S. It if highly unlikely that the brand owner would allow this.
And of course, all information on the product must be in English.
