Hello @Seller_3RQ8RnGf6pXkP
I understand we are working on your ASIN case in this discussion post here.
Since you have enrolled in Brand Registry and perhaps had some feedback you can share, I though I would mention you on this post to see if you would like to participate.
Please let me know if you are interested.
Regards,
Sandy

Study 2: Experiences with Abusive Sellers/Account Tampering
Study 3: Experiences with Reporting an Infringing Listing

Interested in the following studies:
Study 2: Experiences with abusive sellers - I have my brand registered with amazon and I have the same listing hijacked(stolen) twice. Somehow they replaced my brand to theirs. Absolutely nightmare to recover and weak protection.
Study 3: Experiences with reporting an infringing listing - When someone steals your brand there is no option to report the hijacker(brand) when they don't have an active offer.
Study 5 : experiences with Copyright Issues - protection is very weak. I will not describe here to teach bad sellers, but amazon protection is a joke.
I'll be happy to contribute.

Hi @Sandy_Amazon
We would participate in Study 1, 2 and 3. We have been a registered Brand Manager for close to 10 years and Amazon has recently changed our Item Type Keyword to a wrong category that has then caused compliance issues and delisting of 3 ASINs even though we submitted the appropriate safety tests. Seller Central acknowledged the problem and sent our case to Brand Registry which immediately closed the case with no resolution...even though they have changed our product category and locked the field in our PDP. We are truly questioning the value of Brand Registry when we can't even protect our own brand.
