Variation reviews are not combined into the total count

I have Child ASINs that are in variation have their own reviews, which are not combined into the total count of variation reviews.

Products are materially same, same brand, same category and other key attributes. Reviews of each product is relevant and applicable to the entire listing.

Reviews in this variation have always been combined, also these Child ASINs are several years old and there have never been any problems.

I checked this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201972160 and https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201951410 and these pages also confirm that all reviews should be combined

Please help us, as this has significantly affected our sales. We have 1,000+ reviews, but since this is a listing with apparel variations (color and size), the listing now only shows 50+ reviews because the child reviews have not been combined.
