No protection from amazon, no use of having my own brand
I have an approved brand in amazon, applied using pending CIPO registration number, I got brand approved after amazon's long process, 3 times rejection and then showing the pictures of my brand name permanently affixed on my items made me get brand approved. I made my listings, spent a lots on ads to make my listing up, some of them below 100 ranking in cocktail dresses. And I am not given any protection by amazon, some mornings when I wake up, I see my listing was hacked by some fake chinese sellers, I had to sell my items in loss to match their prize because i do FBA, and some listings which I spent so much in ads and got reviews with lots of efforts, I had to delete the listings to get rid of them. It's very frustrating as amazon doesn't take any action as my brand in CIPO is formalised status only. When I had to send pictures of brand name permenently affixed on items to sell on my brand, how can amazon allow anyone to sell the items on that brand which they don't even own, by just one click?? What kind of policy is this? You have to ask them letter from brand owner to match a listing, you should change that policy, else it is very unfair to fba sellers like us!! I am frustrated and not going to add any more listing and not going to send any more inventories!! I have no option. I can't feed these fraudsters, no help from support too.

Hey @Seller_szlbXl8s4qfkp,
Daryl here participating in your discussion thread related to brand protection, I would suggest utilizing protecting your brand with our transparency program!
Transparency allows you to label every unit of your product with a unique code. After we turn on protections for your products, Amazon will begin to look for and scan these codes within its FCs to ensure that only authentic products that match the product’s listing are shipped out to customers. Units that fail Transparency authentication checks are investigated for potential counterfeits. Suspected counterfeits will be handled as per Amazon’s anticounterfeiting policies.
Watch this video series for step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Transparency onboarding process:
Protect your brand with Transparency
Furthermore, after registering through Transparency, our Impact dashboard in the Brand Registry portal offers insights into how Amazon protects your intellectual property and listings for your brand-registered ASINs.
The dashboard provides a snapshot of our proactive protections for your registered brands, including:
- Number of brands registered and protected
- Number of infringing ASINs removed
- Number of invalid new ASINs or invalid modifications of existing ASINs prevented
You can also view trends and filter the protections' data by store, brand or category.
And you can also take advantage of the Report infringements within our Report intellectual property infringements resources.
Do let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this matter, just "@" me here and I will be sure to look into it.
