Request to Investigate and Remove Suspected Fake Reviews
Hello Amazon Community and Support Team,
We have reasonable grounds to believe that our Amazon product page is under attack.
Someone is attempting to harm our business by placing orders on our product for the purpose of leaving fake negative reviews and lowering our product rating.
Our EV Charger holds “#1 Top Rated” badge in its subcategory with an overall 4.9 star rating and 900 reviews - ASIN: B0BZRTD9VS
Recently three suspicious 1-star reviews appeared on our product.

We have strong reasons to believe these reviews are fake:
Suspicious Timing: All three 1-star reviews appeared in quick succession and right after the purchase took place;
No Response: None of the customers who left the review ever responded to our Customer Support which suggested troubleshooting and full refund. Moreover, none of these three reviewers reached out to us prior to posting their reviews;
Similar Broad Complaints: each citing identical issues such as “randomly stops charging” and “some problems during installation”. This pattern is of too broad evaluation. It is clear that customers do not have any real experience with the product since they have never really used it, pretending to have faced some generic board issues;
No Refund, Return, Replacement Claimed: Similarly after posting the reviews no one made the refund, return, replacement which make no sense as the reviews state that the clients are dissatisfied.
The Reviewer Didn’t Buy The Product: One of the reviews is not a “Verified purchase”, however we don’t have any alternative substantial sales channels, which means that the reviewer had no chance to actually test the product.
We respectfully request Amazon’s support team to investigate the authenticity of these reviews and they all have very similar bad practice pattern.
If deemed inauthentic or in violation of Amazon’s policies, we ask that these reviews be removed from our ASIN: B0BZRTD9VS to maintain the integrity of the Amazon platform.
Our goal is to provide a high-quality product and transparent customer experience, and we appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

You do have a good case, however finding an actual Amazon human who will work with you is the real problem. @SEAmodis one of the best if she wants to get involved.

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Amazon! Let me save you a lot of frustration and wasted time. Just let the issue go. It's a hard thing to do but it will save your sanity, trust me. I used to fret over this crap but found out the hard way that the chances of you getting reviews of any kind removed is impossible!
My business and home on Clearwater Beach just got destroyed by two hurricanes last fall (ya know, Cat 4 hurricane) and 5 people left us 1-star seller feedbacks because the post office could not get to our location for DAYS due to the storms, so packages were delayed. Plus we were without power and internet for 11 days. Amazon will not help in any way. Amazon hates sellers!
Just let it go. The bad reviews will get washed away by new good reviews...so don't worry.

We proved one of ours was from a competitor (they were dumb enough to use their real name - the owner and the shipping address show as the competitor) and Amazon didn't even do anything. Goodluck.
