WE ARESELLING MANY TOOLING ITEMS. IT HAPPENS MANY TIMES THAT CUSTOMER GIVES ORDER , RECEIVES IT , DAMAGE THE BOX, USE IT AND THEN RETURNS.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN THAT CASE. IS THERE ANY WAY TO CONTROL RETURN REQUEST FROM CUSTOMERS.
