Brand Name Truncated in Product Title Search Results AND Product Detail Page

We are Registered Brand owner, Manufacturer and the only Sellers of Mons Peak IX products on Amazon for several years. Never had any problems.
We are now having major issues with all our ASIN where our Brand Name "Mons Peak IX" truncated / omitted on all our ASINS both in the Search Results as well on the Product detail pages. The problem started about 2 weeks ago we noticed a couple ASINS displaying incorrect on search then it started spreading to other ASIN and then all our ASINS. We have been on calls and emails and several different Amazon support teams and still no joy! The final straw is now in the last 2 days even on the Product Page our brand name has vanished!
This is really killing our sales and in few items on main page we have resorted to showing our products in our logo packaging so customers do not skip us and we are advertising like way up there and deep discounting to keep the flywheel moving but net impact of this is just hurting business badly!
We have several repeat customers and now it also damages customer experience.
Can you please help! or can someone from Amazon Forum team help!
