100% Balance in Account level Reserves
i was not paid for All of my Standard orders through FBA,
All of my amount for standard orders is showing as Negative account balance reserves
1)I have no CHARGE BACK PENDING
2)No any A-Z gurantee claim is due.
3) Account Health is OK
4) Bank Account and charge method is upto date.
Dont know why my amount $12,231.14 is on hold in account level reserves since last 3months.
Kindly resolve the issue earliest .

What are you selling? If it is a brand name (or one of those 'generic' items that Amazon has now given brand protection to) are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
