On 03.01.2025, we received a product authenticity suspension for the item with ASIN B07WQP2PHQ, which was sold through Amazon.com as the supplier. Despite providing all the requested information multiple times, you have refused to cooperate with us. The product was purchased from Amazon.com, meaning we bought it from you on the same platform where we are also a seller. We then dropshipped the item and sold it to our customer in Mexico. However, we have never received any complaints or negative feedback from our customer regarding our store.

It is clear that the appeals and documents we have submitted exceed the comprehension of your automated systems. If an actual appeal specialist had thoroughly reviewed our submissions, our suspension would have already been lifted.
