Account Deactivated due to Tax ID Verification-INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire

Hello,
As you know we have warning of INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire for a long time on our amazon seller account.
I am not US citizen or resident. I am from Pakistan. I have single member LLC in US. I use My LLC's business address on my Amazon seller account. I already verified Identity, Phone Number, Bank Account, Business Address except Tax ID.
Amazon deactivated my account due to Wrong Document Submission for Tax as they were mixing my personal info with Business Info and were demanding Pakistan Tax info for submission which i did and now they will only activate my account after resubmission of Tax Act Questionnaire.
Amazon does not allow me to correct my Tax ID information. Amazon just mix my business address in US with my registered country (Pakistan) together. It's Pre-selected by Amazon system. Because of this I can not verify my Tax ID. how should I submit This Questionnaire to reactive my account?
I multiple times connected to customer service by phone and e-mails. My Tax id and addresses and are just fine and correct. But tax Id number on INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire is just pre-selected and its wrong (mix). I should get to fill EIN number for My USA registered company instead of Pakistan Tax ID.
However there is still no real solution instead of been said "just wait! it will be solved etc". The answers are just the same information about INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire. Nothing really helpful.
Having sleepless nights due to Future of my account and so much sale loss on daily basis and ready stock at the supplier's end. Been a nightmare for doing nothing wrong. Please HELP!!

Hey man, your LLC is single-member and in that specific case you shouldn't be using any W9 nor EIN because it is a disregarded entity that's why it's not allowing you to choose USA as country. Because your LLC is disregarded for tax purposes you have to show your personal tax ID in this case the Pakistan Tax ID
