Help needed - what to do - 2 boxes sent to FBA delivered back to our address, not Amazon
Dear Fellow Sellers, Moderators,
On Apr 2, I sent 12 boxes to FBA. Out of these, 8 boxes were delivered, 2 boxes had their last scan in one city on Apr 2 and 2 boxes had their last scan in another city on Apr 3. On Apr 4, two of the boxes were delivered at the address from the label of the product - most likely the 2 boxes that had their last scan in second city. Someone had removed the original FBA shipping label and put a new, small one with the new address. Checking the tracking from that new label, I saw "Returning to sender - UPS is unable to deliver the package because the address is incomplete". Judging from the fact that (1) it was not returned to the SHIP FROM address and (2) the 8 boxes from the same shipment were delivered, I consider that someone had removed the shipping labels, while the boxes were in transit - otherwise they would have either been delivered to the Amazon warehouse or returned to the correct SHIP FROM address.
I never had such a situation and would like to ask for some guidance. Should I send the two boxes to my manufacturer and have them re-apply the FBA shipping labels (the ones I suspect originally belonged to these boxes)?
I created a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 15077901191), but I suspect, I'll recieve the standard reply to wait for the reconciliation date.
UPS is not giving any information as the shipping labels was created in Amazon's system.
Can any one who was in this situation share some advice? Can any moderator help with this?
Thank you!

Did you create ONE or twelve shipping plans? And as you explain later, it was not YOU who shipped but your manufacturer. Please be very precise if you talk about or with Amazon.
Are these two boxes now in your posession? If yes, how does that come, since the ship from address is not your's but your manufacturer's?
So, this "new, small" shipping label did show YOUR ship from address?
If you created 12 shipping plans you could just delete the ones for these two boxes and create new ones. If there was ONE shipping plan for 12 boxes, the question is WHEN is the 75 days validity of the (international) shipping plan ending? For national shipping plans I think the time frame is 30 days?
