Commercial invoice from Canadian company sending inventory to USA FBA

Hi,

I would be curious to see how you setup a proper commercial invoice for a canadian company sending inventory to FBA warehouse?

What do you put as seller, consignee, etc.

I am getting a lot of conflicting information even from custom broker.

I would be curious to see how you setup a proper commercial invoice for a canadian company sending inventory to FBA warehouse?

What do you put as seller, consignee, etc.

I am getting a lot of conflicting information even from custom broker.

Hi,

I have exactly the same questions. I am shipping from Canada to FBA in couple of days and I do not manage to have a clear answer. Can someone help?

1.Ship to? (consignee Amazon or not?) If yes, what shall put in tax ID?

2. Importer? I have POA to UPS which will use my EIN and act as the importer of record. Does that mean that they are the importer or I am the importer, believe it or not but no clear answer from UPS either.

In a word, conflicting information from all sides.

Please advise.
