Multiple A to Z Claims closed in favor of customer despite valid Proof of delivery & multiple Appeals

This thread is posted due to my utmost disappointment in the way the below cases were treated for A to Z Claims review procedure.
The A to Z Claim appeals were rejected on multiple occasions even after re-appeal despite providing valid proof of delivery and subsequent evidence
This clearly questions how a seller can fight back for false claims when Amazon itself is not following the policies quoted by them.
Would appreciate a representative to look into the below cases and help us further.

Hey @Seller_kamML2h8BK1yY,
Appreciate you being a part of the Seller Forums!
In order for your shipments to be covered by the Claims Protection, the product must be shipped/scanned by the 'Ship By' date.
Just by looking at some of the initial orders you can see the order did not meet this requirement.
Please go over all of the orders you have shared here and let me know the once that meet all of the requirements from the Amazon Buy Shipping protections.
