Hi @Seller_0rj0JDM89Zhpe,

Brand Registry from India doesn’t automatically carry over to Amazon.com (U.S.). According to Amazon’s enrollment guidelines, you’ll need “an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll.” This means you’ll need a U.S. trademark to register your brand on Amazon.com.

If you’re looking for support with trademark registration, Amazon’s IP Accelerator program connects sellers with vetted law firms and may help you enroll in Brand Registry more quickly. You can also find a short video about how it works > here <.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,

Michael

Hi there @Seller_0rj0JDM89Zhpe

As @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z stated above, you will need another trademark if you wish to have IP protection in another country.

If you do have another one, you can connect it to the already enrolled Brand that was through the India IP office. I recommend checking out our Add additional trademarks to your brand help page!
