Authenticity Complaint
I have had 4 authenticity complaints on the same ASIN. Amazon had already acknowledged that the product I was selling was authentic 3 TIMES! Now here we are round 4. Why does this keep happening? It is a food product. I have already sent in my invoices. My supplier is one of the largest food suppliers in the world. Amazon says they cannot verify it. I need help please!

"My supplier is one of the largest food suppliers in the world. "
That does NOT mean that they are an authorized wholesale distributor.
Many of the 'largest' whatever are merely websites. Walmart is HUGE but is NOT an authorized wholesale distributor of anything.
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

Additional comment -- Do you have an LOA from the BRAND specifically saying that you are permitted to sell their products on Amazon?
If not, just start your 'please help with my Section 3 suspension' appeal letter.

The first 3 times you activated the product with the same invoices that you are trying to use now?

Who are you sourcing these products from? Are they a legitimate wholesaler or are you purchasing them at Costco , Walmart or Target?
I assume you are sourcing them from a actual wholesaler because you have submitted invoices and not store receipts.
Make sure the brand product you are selling in not restricting sales on Amazon. Does the complaint have an email to contact the person filing these complaints?
You may have a competitor attacking you on these listing. If Amazon is not accepting the invoices you submitted I suggest you contact the wholesaler and get them to write you a letter or authorization sating they are distributor of brand xyz and you are authorized to sell the products on Amazon
Best of luck

Hi @Seller_F6APSAEyIyRTw,
Thank you for your post. I understand you are trying to address a listing violation that has already had successful appeals in the past.
I was going to ask for details about the violation, but if you are not seeing any violations, can you share where you are seeing this new issue for your listing? Please feel free to share that information here in the thread (with personal details removed) so that we may better assist you.
Additionally, have you submitted any information for this new issue? Also, do you have a way of showing that the same entity is making the complaint? This information would most likely be contained within a performance notification.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy

There is nothing keeping competition from creating the false claims as amazon is NOT accountable on that front. You're basically guilty until proven innocent.
