Texas Seller Snow Storm
Hello, I am a new seller on Amazon and this is my first time encountering an issue like this. Texas is currently in the middle of a snow storm and the state isn't able to handle it too great. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all closed as well as a lot of roads.
I'm mainly worried about my account health since I haven't had any late order dispatches before this / I also recently entered the SFP trial and would hate to get penalized for something entirely out of my control. I contacted support and they said they don't make exceptions for late dispatches but I feel like that can't be right? Anyway thank you anyone who can help

In these situations, knowing there will be a weather event that may delay your shipments, you should put your account on vacation or change your handling/shipping time to accommodate the possible interruption.

For once Seller Support is correct. Amazon does not make allowances for sellers in bad weather situations.
Amazon expects you to stop selling if you know you cannot ship.
