Application for defective product investigation
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I am experiencing an urgent issue of unfulfillable inventory that requires your immediate assistance. I have previously sought help from your customer service, but was told that no assistance could be provided.
I do not believe there is a defect with this product, yet according to my inventory, there are 55 units marked as defective (yesterday it showed 60). This change in number raises suspicions—why were 5 defective units suddenly deemed sellable again?
I personally inspected all inventory before shipment and am 100% certain there are no quality or packaging issues. Moreover, I have just started selling this product and, including orders from the Vine program, have not exceeded 50 orders. It is impossible to have received this many defective returns. The only suspicious event is that this product was reviewed on May 9, 2024, and all inventory was marked as defective. I believe that after it was restored to sellable status, the inventory state was not correctly updated.
The cost of this product is high, and I cannot accept so many inexplicable defective units without any information about the defects. This situation is unfair to me. I trust Amazon will uphold the interests of its sellers, and I hope you can help me cancel this order and investigate this inventory issue. If you cannot provide any useful assistance, I will need to file a claim.
