It seems Amazon Support helped hacker changed my primary user
My Amazon Seller account was hacked a week ago. Somehow the hacker became the primary user of my account. I found it in Global User Permissions. Now that I have my account back, I cannot delete it.
I don't know how they could change it, it seems they abused of Amazon support team to get it done. They hacked my account even with two-step verification enabled. I found a case in my account that the hackers created, asking support to disable two-step verification with fake documents completely unrelated to any info about the owner (diff gender, ethnicity, business address, bank info, State, etc.). Still, they somehow bypassed it all and took over as primary user.
Now that I have access my account back. But I cannot restore myself (the owner) as primary user. I'm the sole owner of the business (can prove it) and so far Amazon Support couldn't/wouldn't help me.
My business is down. My account is suspended. I can't reactive my store because I can't remove the hacker's email by myself.
Please help.
