Help, what happened to my topical approval its vanished
I was approved to I was approved to sell topicals for my brand in 2021 for both Canada and the U.S. one day my topical approval just vanished. Amazon support could see the approval but assured me they did not cancel it, had no idea what happened, but could also not help me? They advised to reapply again. I have tried at least six or seven times since then and i'm constantly denied , even though i've met all of the requirements and am applying with products that were selling for a few years. I am unsure what to do now, any help from Amazon in here? I've been paying monthly fees for over a year for CAN, US, Mexico. Zero sales bc of this issue. Help?!
