My account was put under review due to shipment without intermediate warehouse. I sent an explanation that it was sent by mistake. They replied that there was insufficient information and that they wanted samples and evidence.Has anyone experienced such a situation?What can I do? Can you help me?

You'll have to follow the instructions in your performance notification and provide them exactly the information they require, no more, no less.

Can you explain more? Maybe send a copy of the reason your under review? Blank out your personal and business details for security reasons.
