Help with VTR issues
We got a notice from Amazon Canada that we had failed to provide valid tracking for some orders. Our tracking numbers are uploaded to Amazon from our shipping partner. When we ship an international order it is picked up by the USPS who hands it off to the other shipping services. Because of this, our shipping partner uploads that the carrier is USPS. However, the tracking number that they track by is a GlobalPost tracking number (because USPS can't deliver a Canada order.) So our shipping partner is uploading two correct pieces of information but they conflict with each other. This means we have to input things manually, which is a pain but we can handle it.
The problem is that we don't know how to input the tracking information properly. We do get a USPS tracking number, but it only tracks until it's handed off to GlobalPost. GlobalPost is not a shipping service on Amazon's list. We can manually type in GlobalPost under other, but does GlobalPost need to be edited in as the carrier as well or just the shipping service?
Additionally, it appears that once the package is in Canada, it's handed off to another shipping service, UniUni. They are on Amazon's list, but we don't initially have that tracking number.
So we have 3 carriers/shipping services that these orders are passed off through, and we don't know how to correctly and accurately input the tracking. What does the carrier and shipping service need to say to be accurate? Which tracking number does Amazon want/need? Does anyone have any advice or input? Every time I create a case I get a copy and paste of the VTR policy, but that doesn't tell me how to proceed.

it's handed off to another shipping service, UniUni. They are on Amazon's list,No, Uni Uni is not an Amazon integrated tracking courier.
See the list below from the official Amazon Canada policy page:

because USPS can't deliver a Canada order.
They can, it gets handed off to Canada Post at the border

Either your initial tracking number carrier will have to include the delivery confirmation, or you have to put in the final mile carrier tracking number and make sure they are integrated into Amazon canada's system.
