I bid 20% higher than reservation fee record but expired twice
I have to pay $10/cubic foot now! Does anyone have the same problem?
I'm curious to know if this is legal on 1) bid much higher but expired without any reason. 2) The penalty is 10 times than regular fee.

Our Capacity Manager help page has information about how request an increase to your capacity limits, including expiration dates for those requests.
When you create your request for additional capacity, you also set a request expiration date. If we are unable to grant your request before the expiration date that you set, the request will no longer be considered.
