Hello,

We understand that negative feedback typically affects a seller’s account for 60 days. However, we have a negative feedback that continues to impact our account beyond the 60-day period.

Can anyone clarify how long negative feedback remains a factor for seller performance metrics, and why it may still be affecting our account after the standard time frame has passed?

Molested: pester or harass

He stated the mail man felt harassed by his wanting to know where his package is. Where is the "offensive" language?

Also, THIS is the actual feedback he left:

2 out of 5 stars

the carrier just delivered the frame and I ask him about the mattress he doesn't have any information. he got molested because I asked him. The frame is ok and I will give the five starts when I receive the whole order. this customer is a Vietnam veteran, Freedom is. not free...

And HOW MANY negative feedbacks will it take before you CLEARLY state in your listing that the mattress may arrive several days AFTER the frame????? Replying each time AFTER the buyer is upset is TOO LATE

If you are asking about your feedback RATING in your Feedback Manager (the number that shows up by your store on all the ASINs, negatives will be with you for 1 YEAR for the public.

Feedback Manager

Use the Feedback Manager to track buyer satisfaction with your service. You can view short- and long-term metrics, as well as detailed feedback entries, including buyer e-mails and Order IDs. Click the Order ID to view transaction details within the Manage Orders section of Seller Central. Learn more

Feedback Rating:

4.9 stars during time selling on Amazon. (1352 ratings)

30 days 90 days 365 days Lifetime

100% 100% 98% 99%

The "lifetime' score does not show up on the listings.

I believe the 60 day # that you are referring to is for your account HEALTH which is not a public item.
