Unit Count Error

Hello,

I am selling a product that has an assortment of different products, the unit count of this listing needs to show as a count. However, my listings are experiencing some errors with error codes "90220 and 90244". Also, I found that changing the unit count type to "ounce" instead of the actual unit count can fix the search-suppressed status. I have tried various methods to resolve the problem, but the issue remains the same. I have not received much help from Amazon support, and calls are being dropped. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed the case and see that they were able to move your item to the correct category and you should be able to correct the issue now. If you continue to have issues, please do as instructed in the case and create a case with the batch ID so they can take a further look.
