Business insurance refused for the reason "Your policy does not cover your sales through the Amazon.com store"
I have no idea what more I can ask the insurance company to put on the certificate of insurance (see below).
It comes from Marsh so they should know how to make a certificate the way Amazon wants it.
The certificate even says:
This certificate is issued regarding:
Sales through Amazon website including Amazon US Stores
Yet the reason for denying it is : "Your policy does not cover your sales through the Amazon.com store"
What more does it need to say?? PLEASE Help me figure out what needs to be done! I need the certificate to be approved urgently, the 30 days dead-line is getting close!
If a mod can look into this, I have a case (ID 14282723371)

Hi @Seller_MYY5uBmeYyehr,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. I am engaging an additional team to review this situation and provide additional guidance.
I will provide updates as I get them, however you may be contacted directly by the escalation team so please be on the lookout for that as well.
Thanks,
Steve
