Cancel Shipment when it's en route to warehouse for return to sender
I chatted with seller support and they said that if I cancel my shipment now it will be returned back to us. The shipment has already been picked up by ups. We labeled products wrong in the shipment. Is this correct that if we cancel the shipment now it will be sent back to our address? Has anyone else done this successfully?
