Deactivated due to INFORM CONSUMER ACT
Our account has been deactivated because of INFORM Consumers Act. We pass the INFORM Consumers Act few weeks ago and we still see the reminder so we ask the Account Health Assurance Team. They tell us that we already pass the INFORM Consumers Act and we don't need to do anything. Now, why our account still be deactivated?! Eventhrought we want to submit the information we can not go to the page. It always say "Could not load details. Something went wrong! Please try again later" Don't know what to do now. It totally affect our selling. Please somebody help

Hi @sh_emma,
Thank you for your post and the screenshot showing your issue.
I understand you are needing to re-verify your information for the Inform act. This can happen if more information is required from you after initial verification or if information is changed within the account after completion of the verification.
That being said, the workaround for your issue is to have the account owner log in to conduct the process. At the bottom of the screen (from the screenshot you have shared), there should be a "Back" button. If you click on this, you will be returned to the very first page (the Agreements page). From there, you will be able to change any required information, which is the most likely reason you were re-queued for re-verification. Once that information is updated, you should no longer see the error and will be able to proceed with the remainder of the verification process.
If you follow this guidance, and are still seeing the error message, please give us an update and screenshot here in the thread so that we can take appropriate steps to investigate your issue further.
