Minimum Advertised Price/MAP Monitoring Software?

I am curious if anyone has had any success with/or any recommendations regarding MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Monitoring and Protection software?

I think I'd just use Google search. If it comes up in a Google search under MAP, go after them.

It seems to be pretty good.

However, on Amazon, I believe MAP is not enforceable. It's one of those rights you sign away if you allow Amazon to buy & sell your product on the platform.

Then, you and your dealers are competing with AMZ's rediculously low (under cost?) prices. Sadly, it causes a race to the bottom... that is not sustainable.

I would think a manufacturer/brand could restrict non-dealers from selling on Amazon though (and stop selling to dealers who violate MAP on Amazon, so their supply runs out). For it to work, you would have to cut off sales to all dealers that sell under MAP, including AMZ. It completely screws all other dealers you hold to MAP when one dealer is allowed to violate MAP and the others can't sell their stock.

Amazon does not enforce MAP for you.

You will need to contact the seller and inform them that you will no longer sell to them if they do not honor MAP.
