Unfair A-to-Z Claim Resolution - Buyer Received Full Refund even though item shows as Delivered on Time, Received and Signed by Buyer

Received and Signed by the Buyer.
A to Z claim dept did not even give me a chance to respond to this claim. Buyer got an instant refund as soon as they opened a claim saying, item not received.
We appealed a few minutes ago with all shipping company and tracking information and a direct link from R&L carriers confirming item was delivered to the same address as received with order and received and signed by the buyer.
Amazon DENIED my appeal saying, " We received the tracking information you provided for order 112-4122142-5929021. However, you did not provide the carrier name or it does not show any tracking information on the carrier's website "
Besides the fact that Carriers and tracking information was uploaded on the Amazon order when the order was processed, I also made sure to my appeal had Carrier information, tracking information and a direct link from Carriers website where the shipment can be tracked using the link.
And yes, it is an Amazon integrated freight carrier !
Is the Appeal dept not reading the appeals ?
I even send an email to the buyer with all tracking and delivery information and the proof of delivery signature but buyer is not responding too.
Now the buyer has a full refund and a $957.90 order.
I really hope an Amazon rep looks into this because this clear case of fraud by an Amazon buyer.

Amazon, pls help..
These were Freight shipments and I have all proof of delivery and signatures confirming items were received and signed on the same address as received on Amazon orders.
Buyer has figured they can open an A to Z claim and get a refund and keep the item for free and has purchased another order 112-6980242-7136220.
I really hope an Amazon rep looks into this because this is a clear case of fraud by an Amazon buyer..
