What happened to the refund Initiated emails

What happened to the emails Amazon would send sellers every day about the refunds that were Initiated that day? We used to get them every day we have not been getting any in the last 2 weeks anyone else have this issue?

Are you referring to email sent to alert you to a refund at first scan made by Amazon? Or, are you referring to emails instructing you to initiate the refund yourself? If you can clarify, I can see what I can find out from that business team.

I think you hit this one on the head ... probably after "extensive A/B testing" they learned that support was spending less time on sellers fighting bad refunds, and customers were keeping more of our money, when we were unaware our pockets were being dipped into.

I have a second thread where sellers are reporting this same issue.

I am working with the partner team to determine the root cause. A seller on the other thread reports that if they have multiple refunds in a day, they get an email notice for the first one, but not for the subsequent ones. I am passing this information to the business team.
