my account was put on pause without any fault as pickup man never came for pickup despite tickets raised

The appointed officer never picked the mobile neither replied on messages several times

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my seller account. My product listings are live on Amazon, but the "Buy Now" button is not appearing for my products. Due to this, I believe potential customers are unable to complete purchases easily.

So far, I have received only one order, and I suspect that the missing Buy Box may be impacting the visibility and conversion of my listings.

Here are some relevant details:

Thank you for sharing the tips on how to make the best of the forums. But — is “How to make the best of forums” by deleting genuine posts?

I always try to follow the Community Guidelines and ensure my posts are clear and constructive. However, I’ve noticed that my recent replies were removed — even after you tagged me in the discussion titled "Fake Reviews: Seller’s way, have your say!"

When I click the notification to view it, I get a “Discussion not available” message (screenshot attached). This means not only my reply but the entire post was deleted.

It’s incredibly frustrating when sellers raise serious concerns — especially about ongoing issues like fake reviews — and instead of being addressed, the posts disappear. Every time someone highlights system flaws, it feels like the thread is removed. Is this really how concerns from sellers — the people who keep this platform alive — are being treated?

Amazon thrives because of us sellers. Every dollar earned by Amazon staff, teams, and moderators comes directly from sellers’ exploitation .like Safe T claim denial, other charges, weight and dimension fines, assured yearly/half yearly 'claw backs etc " — yet we often feel ignored or silenced when we try to speak up.

But from your end not holding on our neck but its like direct slap on every sellers face who express the valid concerns?

Delete this post as well, we always keep the screenshot of your post as mentioned earlier.

We deserve better. We deserve to be heard.
