Previously the Follow button meant the customer could get those brand campaigns and learn about new products. What does it do now in terms of actual "Follow"-ing?

I know there is a https://sellercentral.amazon.com/brand-tailored-promotions/create coupon that can be targeted at Brand Follow-ers, but that's not really a source of information per se like what you would expect from a Follow button.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I have a response.... although not an exact answer to your question. I do not know what the purpose of the Brand Follow Button is currently or what it may be in the future, but I did raise your question to the appropriate team and the response I can share is, " While we’re always working on new and exciting features for sellers and customers, there are no plans to re-launch or replace this tool at this time."
