Discuss complaints about DMCA
Not long ago, I received a DMCA complaint with the complaint type written as "copyright", and I was very puzzled. Firstly, he does not have a brand or patent, and I have only engaged in joint sales operations. Joint sales itself can only change prices, so where does the term "copyright" come from?
Secondly, his images do not have copyright because they were copied from a certain shopping website, unless he can prove that he is the manufacturer's own image.
I contacted him via email but did not receive a reply. I have appealed to Amazon officials several times but have all failed. If co selling involves receiving DMCA complaints, why are there so many co selling on Amazon?
Is his behavior suspected of abusing DMCA?
I am a new seller for 2 months and there are some areas that I don't understand. I hope someone can help me solve them. If there is something I really didn't do well, I am willing to make changes.
