Need help with account reactivation
Hi,
I have a created a new amazon seller account named Positive Fantasy LLC on business details, didn't listed a single product and my account got deactivated according to multiple selling account policy. Amazon think that i have created multiple selling accounts. Upon thorough investigation i found the other account named BRITISH-MART to which my account got linked and deactivated. I have purchased LLC establishment and account creation services from that person who owns the account BRITISH-MART. Information like busieness Address, seller id, owner info, etc are unique on both accounts i believe that deactivation occurs due to ip linkage. Amazon asks for ".Signed affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you. Specify what roles/access do they have or have had in the past to your Amazon account. The affidavit must be either notarized or signed in the presence of a lawyer, commissioner for oaths, justice of the peace, or other legal professional registered on an applicable register of legal professionals that can be accessed online. Provide information on how to access the register and the legal professional's bar number (or similar)." we have signed an affidavit and have it notarized too. But still amazon is not accepting our appeal and not reactivating our account.
What should i do now after providing all the required documents still my account is deactivated.

Hello @Seller_PwEp4ul7JvMRO,
This is Dawn from Amazon, thank you for using Seller Forums.
Understand that your account is deactivated due to multiple selling account policy.
From your post, we can see that you recognize the related account.
If your recent appeal was rejected, it means your documents are invalid.
In this case, you recognize the related account but do not own the account or have permission to the account, please submit a appeal and provide supporting documentation to prove that you do not own the account or do not have permission to the account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
Your documentation should include evidences that the related signals are no longer matched between these two accounts.
We recommend you watch the following videos available on Seller University, which can be accessed through the Performance drop-down in Seller Central:

Hello @Seller_PwEp4ul7JvMRO,
Thank you for providing further information about your situation for us to review.
I see that your account is deactivated for the multiple selling account policy and you recognize the other account but do not own that account. When it comes to related accounts, even if the accounts are owned and operated separately, a link can be established by personal or financial information shared between the accounts.
You mentioned that you have done business with the owner of "BRITISH-MART", have you included proof of this in your appeal? example: business sales agreement/sales deed or proof of payment. Also, have you correctly identified what the link between the accounts are? Have you provided this information in your appeal?
When appealing multiple selling account policy violations, it is best to include a detailed explanation of the possible links to each account, proof of your relationship (business or otherwise) to the other account owner, and proof that the accounts are no longer related to each other in anyway (the signed affidavit, etc.). All of this information should be included in one submission so the review team can consider all of the relevant information. Was the information I provided above included in your most recent appeal?
I look forward to learning more about your situation, so that we can guide you the best. The Seller Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
