What is permanently affixed packaging?

I am having trouble with support. I am trying to get my brand approved but they keep denying it. I sell live plants so I have to put a permanently affixed branding on my packaging. Amazon shows what that looks like for a product but not for packaging. I've received packages where it's a label on a box so I did that but Amazon is telling me that's enough. When I ask them for an example they refuse to give one. Can someone please explain to me what option sellers have that count as permanently affixed packaging for branding?
