FBA Prime Badge
For the last few days, two of my products have been missing prime badge even though it is FBA available. The Prime badge appears only few hours everyday, then disappears . I do not believe it is related to inventory quantity because I have products that are less quantity in stock but still have prime badge.Amazon seller support is no help just like usual what could it be related to? what is the cause of this issue? tips on getting prime badge back would be appreciated thank you!

Dominic from Amazon here, I have not seen that in the past. As you said it may be potentially be tied to inventory and its location to a prospective buyer. Have you created a case with Seller Support for this?

I also have been missing prime badge for one week ,Amazon customer service has yet to provide an accurate answer
