Dropshipping Policy
Is it a dropshipping policy violation to supply a product from any e-commerce site?
For example, if I supply adidas shoes from a seller named adidas from amazon.com or wallmart, does this comply with these policies?

Hi there @LuminisDecor,
I hope this finds you well!

I understand you have questions about Amazon's Drop Shipping policy. I would like to provide further clarity to the applicable policy.
As it is the seller's responsible to properly source and ship their items, Amazon's Drop Shipping policy warns against the use of third party involvement for fulfilling orders on the seller's behalf. If it is clear that you are the seller a record it could be within compliance with that policy.
For example:
- Purchasing products from a third party, including Amazon or another seller in Amazon’s stores, and having that third party ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the third party) appears on packing slips, invoices or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception; or
- Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own is also strictly prohibited.
Drop shipping can lead to confusion for your buyers, especially when it comes to where they need to return items, who they should contact if there are issues with their order, and other possible situations. This can also impact the trust and confidence of buyers all around.
If you intend to fulfill orders using another company’s fulfillment service, a third-party logistics company or a drop shipper, you must always:
- Have an agreement with your supplier where you are the only seller of record and the only entity identified as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging or any other information included or provided in connection with the products;
- Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information identifying a different seller or third-party supplier prior to shipping the order; and
- Remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply the
- Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies.
I hope this information proves to be valuable for your business. If you have further questions on this topic, please continue to utilize this thread. The forums community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie

Yes, because supplying a product from an e-commerce site to a customer is not considered drop shipping and will get you suspended.
