This message means that you have either an invalid value or are missing a value in a required field, so the ASIN couldn't be created. The issue could be your UPC if it wasn't purchased from GS1 or was purchased less than a week ago. It usually takes Amazon about a week to sync with GS1 and see new codes as valid.
