A+ Content poor image quality after upload

I have an issue with the poor quality of images that I upload to the A+ Content. Images are professionally done and have high resolution, but after uploading it looks terrible blurry. I read all the articles about A+ Contents and guidelines about images. Here is the recommendations:

Color Space - RGB; format - jpg, png, bmp; resolution - at least 72 dpi; Individual files must remain under 2 MB.

I met all these requirements. I tried all the formats, different resolutions. But the problem remains. I opened a case in Support 14669345811 . I got recommendations to delete A+ Content and upload again in higher quality. I tried this but it didn't help.

I opened this case again, but I got answer with just recommendations to read guidelines. It is very formal approach, and I said that I have already used recommendations of guideline.

I don’t know who to contact. What solutions do I have?

As you can see o the image below the difference between the original image and after uploading:

Hi!

I solve the problem. The images should be exact size that it is recommended in hints in A+ Content builder. If the hint is 970x300px so the size of images you upload should be no more than this, because if the image has bigger size the platform resize it and and as a consequence compressed it a lot. But the resolution should be high, as minimum 300 dpi.
