Customer requesting return after using the product
For anyone that has more experience dealing with customer than I do. Somebody wants to return a (Shampoo set) after using it, claiming: "This product didn’t work and I request a label to return."
The order total was $47. In this case, do I just lose my money and get the product back? It's going to become unfulfillable after that, it has been opened and used.
Thank you

It's Amazon so YES you lose!
You've been around a few months. Haven't you read any of the hundreds of posts in that time about 'buyers' returning used/damaged items and getting full refunds?
It happens on here versus other sites multiples of times.
You might get 1% on a different site but 10% (or more) on here. You build it into your price so all the other buyers pay for the cr$# that a few people return.

Unfortunately you lose, but we have to assume there will be some returns.
I would definitely request it be returned to you. Sometimes they don't, they just want to see which sellers tell them to keep it, and give a refund without return.
I request it back, and 50% of the time they don't return it, so I don't refund.
Make sure you set your returns correctly, and give the correct postage for return. Maybe check seller U for some updated information as well.
Or maybe you can find out if your item can be unreturnable with seller support, since its shampoo.

Hello @Seller_J17uZluORR14h
Unfortunately, as the other sellers have remarked here, the customer may return the product to you. You may elect to process this as a returnless refund, but that decision is up to you.
