FBA Packaging issue

FBA shipping team is not providing packaging on our products. They are simply pasting label and sending it across. Product gets damaged and customer returns it. Major impact on sales and account health.

No one can reply regarding this issue, i escalate this issue to fba team and packaging team, but they pass on the case, and now my products was blocked due to higher customer return
