Are pallets required when shipping to AWD?

I'm creating a shipping order to send my inventory from the supplier in China to Amazon AWD warehouse.

When on the Confirm Shipping menu, the only available option is to use LTL/FTL, not small parcel delivery. Does this mean I'm required to provide pallets on this order?

I have been trying to find this answer as well. Are pallets required for AWD if I am using AGL? Because only LTL is available?

Amazon Warehousing & Distribution supports both pallets and floor-loaded containers.

However, if you are using Partnered Carrier Program as a carrier option, the shipment needs to be palletized. We do not allow floor-loaded freight for PCP options.

Send shipments to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) Seller Help Page

You can ship floor-loaded (common for international loads) or palletized.

As noted in the Partnered Carrier Program (PCP) help page, we only allow Palletized freight.

If you ship via your own carrier (non-partnered) you can ship floor loaded. However, you can't ship Small Parcel and must ship via a trailer and less than / full truckload, Intermodal, or less than / Full Container load.

I was asked to share that some sellers conflate floor-loaded trailers with Small Parcel, and that is incorrect. Small Parcel is individually labeled boxes with unique carrier tracking labels via carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Sellers can't deliver freight to the sites on their own and must use a professional carrier service.
