Handmade

I have been a seller on Amazon since 2014. Most of my listings are on the handmade side. My privileges to sell handmade items has been cancelled. I sent in images and video requested by Amazon and received a very generic email back saying they could not re-instate my privileges. I have sent in multiple appeals and still cannot get any specifics back on how I can get re-instated. I have called Amazon and I was told that there is no one I can speak with directly about this and my only option is to keep emailing the appeals. This is very frustrating since I have sold the same product since 2014 and no one can give me any specifics on what I need to provide in order for this to be corrected. Anyone else having this problem?
