Compliance Submitted About 1 Mo. Ago Still "Under Review"
I have submitted required compliance docs about month ago for a few new listings (some new products, some different colors of the products we have been selling on Amazon for more than two years) but compliance has stalled and only shows that it's "Under Review" with no updates.
I have a few days now before my listings will be removed and all sales lost. I have opened a case log but the only update seems to be "We will contact you as soon as we have an update or if we require further information." I get listing notices daily saying that if I don't submit the compliance I submitted over a month ago that they'll be removed. Is anyone else having the same trouble and is there any way to escalate this before I have to deal with stranded inventory and lost sales?
