Unable to create a post in Brand Content (advertising.amazon.com). Support keeping silence
Trying to create post in advertising manager but see message "No brands found. Would you like to create one? Contact support"
After contacting support received guide how to create a brand profile but stuck with message "We couldn't retrieve your brand profile information"
Another chat with support and as result:

Hello from Amazon Advertiser Support,
I understand that the brand mybrandname is not reflecting in the brand profile section in your advertising account.
Please note that we are experiencing issues displaying your Brand Name as expected.
Also note that there is no estimated time for this as we are working to resolve the issue for those impacted. Any impacted brands will be fixed automatically. There is no action required on your end.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and appreciate your patience while we fix the issue.
