Amazon FBA and UDI barcodes

We are changing the UPC of our product to comply with FDA's UDI requirements. Our new barcode will be in GS1-128 format.
If our product is shipped to Amazon FBA with this barcode, and is not labeled with an Amazon FNSKU, can it still be received? Or will this cause a problem? If it causes a problem, how do manufacturers required to have Product Identifiers in their barcodes work with FBA?

Did you use this as the Product ID when creating the listing?
